With a strong focus on women's economic empowerment and financial inclusion, she works closely with country teams to enhance program effectiveness and long-term impact. Before joining GFW, Wiam managed incubation and social innovation programs, supporting the development of impactful solutions for changemakers and entrepreneurs. She has also worked on communication strategies for NGOs, helping organizations effectively showcase their impact and engage key stakeholders. Wiam holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, which reflects her strong background in programs strategy, human-centered design, and stakeholder engagement. She applies structured methodologies to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and drive measurable impact across diverse programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and speaks Arabic, French, and English
