Mwila is a communications and institutional fundraising specialist in the international development aid sector. She has an MSc in Equality Studies from University College Dublin and qualifications from universities in The Hague and Stellenbosch. She has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania. She gained field experience in Zambia with German Technical Cooperation and in Uganda with GOAL among others. As an independent consultant, her clients include UN Women and UNDP, NGOs in Mozambique and Honduras, companies in Ethiopia and Turks and Caicos, and social enterprises in Kenya and Botswana.
